




We reimagined CASC’s identity around warmth, community, and vitality. The new mark features interconnected hands forming a gentle heart/loop, paired with a clean wordmark for legibility at small sizes. A refreshed palette of soft blues and greens communicates trust and growth, with accessible contrast variations for digital use.
What we delivered:
Building on the new logo, we refreshed CASC’s core collateral so everyday communications feel unified and professional while staying easy for staff to use. The updated layouts apply the new color palette and typography consistently, improve readability for mailed notices and handouts, and add QR-enabled touchpoints so seniors, caregivers, and partners can reach key resources quickly from any device.


We built a sustainable email program that respects inboxes and moves people to act. Lists were cleaned and authenticated (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and audiences were segmented so messages feel relevant rather than generic. Mobile-first, accessible templates make every send easy to read and tap—especially for seniors and caregivers—while light automations handle the cadence without adding workload. Reporting ties opens and clicks to real outcomes like RSVPs and donations, so the team can iterate with confidence.
