Graphic/Web Designer

We are currently looking for a graphic/web designer to join our team. We are a close-knit, small agency with a great young core of workers. We encourage a casual, enjoyable work environment and value input from all levels.

Job Requirements:

3 years experience Graphic Design

Knowledge of Mac OS, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Vector artwork

3 years experience with HTML & CSS

3 years experience with WordPress

Must be familiar with installing, and designing around WordPress features

Experience with premium themes & plugins is a plus

Online Marketer

Our team is looking for a motivated individual who loves content marketing strategy. You will be responsible for content strategy for blogs, ebooks, press releases and more, as well as content production. The ideal candidate for this position will seamlessly move between different types of content production from strategy to social media with little oversight. If you are passionate about storytelling, enjoy working on a team, and relish in a good challenge, we can’t wait to talk with you!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain overall content strategy and standards for voice and tone for digital programs.

Establish process for, manage and execute on-going content projects with established templates and editorial calendars.

Produce high-quality short, medium and long-form copy that incorporates best practices for digital use.

Partner with the design team to create interplay between textual and visual elements.

Collaborate with the internal team and actively participate in project briefings.

Track and monitor performance for all digital content projects. Provide direct feedback/analytics with the goal to improve response/revenue.

Proactively bring ideas for content, promotions, video scripts, contests, blogs, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be passionate about digital.

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, creative writing, related field or equivalent training/experience.

Experience writing against an editorial calendar.

Strong understanding of website technology, social and email marketing including SEO, SEM, Social Media platforms.

Strong technical understanding of web analytics and the ability to pick up new monitoring and reporting tools quickly.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the demands and directions of the work are constantly changing.

Solid presentation skills, both internally and client-facing
